Baby + Me - Happy Hour

Learn alongside your baby, connect with other parents, and enjoy this season together!

Baby + Me Happy Hour is a relaxed, drop-in class designed to give you practical, age-appropriate ways to support your baby’s communication, play, feeding, and development — while creating space to connect with other parents going through the same season.

Each Happy Hour will center around a different topic, with guidance from a pediatric speech-language pathologist, simple ideas you can actually use at home, and plenty of time for questions and conversation. We’ll talk about everything from how to interact with your baby before their first word, creating back-and-forth communication, starting solids, play, early milestones, and more.

And because some of the best learning happens when we share what we’re actually experiencing, there will always be space to talk about what’s going well, what feels hard, and what you’re wondering about.

This is learning with your baby. Feed them, change them, snuggle them, play with them, walk around when they need a change of scenery. Come as you are.

Coffee, blankets, and play mats are provided. You bring your baby and your questions.
